Assisted a large credit card association to reach a mutually agreeable solution with its processing bank to assess float for incoming cardholder activity.
Developed a one-day workshop for the board directors of a French card scheme that focused on the key strategic emerging issues facing the industry. Key areas covered included: product and marketing, acquiring, co-branding, implications of changing interchange structures, self-service strategies and the opportunities from chip rollout.
